Frederick Cary is a Strategic Executive Consultant and California attorney, who has had years of experience as a senior executive, attorney and investment banker.  He has focused on building companies from startup stage through exit by IPO or M&A.  As an operational executive (CEO/Chairman) he has built high-growth businesses in enterprise software, mobile technologies, Web services, and digital video and television, as well as consumer related product and financial services companies. He has led many mergers and acquisitions both as an executive and as legal counsel.  He also served as the Senior Managing Director for I-Bankers Securities, a multinational investment banking firm, and is currently Managing Director for Dutchess Capital.  Mr. Cary received a JD degree from Thomas Jefferson and an international MBA with Honors from the University of Liverpool.
